The sun, and objects around:
When I’m outside taking pictures and the sun is in my eyes, I want to move so something is blocking the sun, and I’m sure you do too. And one day, while I was at the park taking pictures when the sun kept getting in my eyes! As I was trying to take a picture of a tree, and the sun ended up behind the tree. Well this created a black and white affect and I took a picture. My mom, (WifeMomPancreas) is currently using a very similar picture as her header for her blog, and yes, I took the picture.
This is just one example, but the sun can be taken in different ways too. Like sunsets! Everyone loves a picture of the sunset! So next time your outside and you think the sun is just a ball of annoying heat, take a picture and see what you get.
I LOVE taking pictures of people. especially of their eyes. What I do is simple, I get the camera lens really close to the persons eye, and set it on close up mode. What you get is a really cool picture of an eye up really close!
Taking pictures of peoples shadows is really cool too! If you are taking family photos, find a spot where it is really sunny from one direction, have your family stand in a straight line while holding each others hands, and take a picture! Another cool thing you could do is hold your hands up high instead of down. Or you could record your shadow dancing, like I did in my Grenade Music Video (currently unavailable on YouTube, sorry!) .
Well, I have many more inspirations and techniques to share with you, but I will save it for another post, just to keep you on your feet ya know. Hah. Well, that’s all for today’s post, Bye!!!
